Has to be a scammer who pops up as an unknown caller but boldly leaves a voicemail that is intentionally cut off at the beginning so that all you hear is a female with an unknown accent leave the phone number to call back
SS scam call. says you have fraudulent use on SS and all the number back as soon as possible. scammer! don't call back and don't ever give out SS over phone.
