IRS scammers trying to scare the bejeezus out of people with threats of arrest. Guy sounded just like Apu from the Simpsons, so I highly doubt he was “Officer Michael” from the “Criminal Fraud Department.”
Asking for my ss# to verify who I am so than can tell me some very important info. Also had my name and wanted to verify The Who thing and my birthdate then very oddly had my full home address. Yet would not tell me why they were calling. And argued when I said I'm not going to give you my personal info over the phone. She then hung up on me.
