He was selling candy bars for a non profit organization. I was looking going to purchase $50 worth for the children in the neighborhood. He grabed my money and took off running. He will not answer his number when i call because he is con and a theif that thinks that this crime will not have reprocutions. Hope that $50 gets you out of the country.
