Scammer. Left message that police would show up at my door and arrest me immediately, it had to be a recording of some sort because it was obviously started talking as soon as my voicemail answered. It only left the last part of the message.

Unknown, unsolicited call. Answered but no one there. Sure it is a spoof number for a robocaller.
Left a recorded message in what I think was Japanese.
Pretended to be working as a realtor for someone else. I verified and it was all a lie
It's sounds like a recording. It is just a female speaking Chinese, so not sure what is being said.
