automated message about lowing interest rate on credit card. I pressed #1 to speak to a rep. they wanted to know the balance on my card and the expiry date. When I said I will not give the information, they asked why not, and I told them it is because this could be a scam. They said it was not a scam but then hung up on me. SCAM!
