Claims to be associated with Visa credit card, press 3 to lower your rate.
Text message saying they want money.
Called around 5pm 1/26/2018. seems to be robocall. Left a message but the only part of the message that was left on the voice mail was do not call list, press 2, so message was automated. When I called back it said that number was not in service. The only reason I called it back is 856 is the area code of my site phones for work.
Saying a case will be filed against me unless I call and make a payment
