These call and are so stupid. Asking for my visa card to get lower rates really I haven't had a credit card in 15 years. Another give away is when I called them scamers and the started arguing with me
Received a call on my landline at 10:16AM, 6/28/18.. I have friends in the 707 area code, so I answered it. I was greeted with "Hello, my name is Eric. I'm calling you from the computer support department... " at which time I hung up and blocked the number.
Text message says alert for EBT card beginning with 50**. Please call 1(661)488-8596.
Same type of call. Man calls as grandson, identified as Michael but wouldn't give last name. (No grandson by that name) Then hung up. Bait scam?
