Scammer, wants recording services, doesn't live in my city, says his credit card won't work with Venmo or Paypal, yada yada. Typical overpayment scammer routine.
Once I answered the call they hung up. I tried returning the phone call and it rang for a while but yet they answered and all I heard was someone walking in the rain.
