This is a Indian call center scam. When you call back they say they are an IRS officer. Told me his name was officer Jack Wilson, when asked him about the DC area he didn't know anything about the area. There was a lot of call center background noise. When asked him if he felt bad about cheating people out of their hard earned money he said "no".
Scam!!! Company named Platinum Rewards wanting to send a free gift card just give them your credit card number.
Didn't answer. Caller ID showed "SHELBY ROESLER" all caps. No number listed. Sure it's a scam.
Said there are 4 federal cases against me
They send you text messages and try to scam you.
Called number back, message states it's not a working number
