Judging from the previous comment, this could be Life Alert. I called them once for information, and they've been hounding me for months using all kinds of numbers.
Told to leave message but they didnt
Number belongs to a Ben.
Came in on unlisted number with caller ID of Contra Costa CT. Most likely spoofed number. Silence with a little background noise upon answer. Probably looking for numbers that are answered - generating leads for additional scam calls.
