"Hi, my name is Elizabeth from the Resort Rewards Center." She's calling because I stayed at one of their resorts and they have some sort of awards for me. Um, I've never stayed at their resort or any others. They keep calling me from various numbers starting with 312-618-. Blocking each one as I get a call.
