Received what I believe to be an automated call from this number. The voice on the other end spoke entirely in what sounded like Mandarin, which I do not speak, so I was not able to understand what was being said. The voice sounded recorded.
I answered phone, then they disconnected. I called back and they just kept disconnecting
hung up when I answered...BOTH TIMES! i am answering on the second ring.
Missed. No msg nothing
He responded to a Craigs list for sale item 2 different times to 2 numbers.
Received voice message. The first part was cut off ... then it basically said to call them back or in the next 2 hrs federal officers would take me "under custody" due to serious charges "against your name." blah blah blah. Caller sounded odd, maybe automated.
