This number calls my phone several times a week, never leaves a message when I let the call go to voicemail. I’ve answered the call a couple times, no response from the the other end.

Call from Cincinnati, Ohio telling me that my DP&L electric rate is too high and they can reduce it now because my contract rate is due for renewal. My rate isn't due for renewal for several months and DP&L never heard of these people. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM!!! Very thick African accent and impossible to understand clearly.
This is a scam caller. Using as a credit card agency. Please don't give any information to these guys from INDIA!!!! They call all time of day and night!!!!
