I purchased a nursing textbook for $118.85 on December 31st 2017. The amount was taken from my checking account using my debit card on January 2nd 2018. I have called the number numerous times and it will ring and then it picks up and I get a busy signal I can never get through to a real person. And I have not received my book.
I have received 2 calls, 1 at 7.30 am yesterday and one at 7.50 today. I did not answer as I know it is a scam call. Is there no way this can be stopped. This has happened several times before at 7.30 am. but I have not reported before.
