this person is a fraud. They send you bogus cashiers checks in an effort to get you to send them money.
Automated message with poor grammar saying it was the IRS and threatened if no callback within 24 hours the “local cops” (actual term used) would be coming to arrest.
This number calls my office 3-4 times per week. There is silence on the other end and then they hang up 5 seconds into the call.
Leaves a voice mail with a few seconds of static only, typical of many other automated tele-scam calls I've had.
Telling me the terms of my federal loans have changed... I dont have any federal loans. Scam!
