Picked up the call, instantly got a sarcastic-sounding "Hello?!" followed by silence. 20 minutes later received the same call from a Los Angeles number.
Just left this number and a gif on May 12th saying happy mother’s day. Not necessarily fraud. But they didn’t leave their name. Wondering who it was. The gif was left on WhatsApp.
