They use a hacked Facebook memo address to hook you. Then they give you the phone number to TEXT for a federal grant. Text, mind you! After all the blah, blah, blah legal stuff, they want money before they send you $100,000. NEVER send money to get a federal grant. There are proper forms and procedures to gain legitimate ones, not a text.
I have been threatened with a lawsuit and arrest too from this phone number.
