Definitely a spam call. Blocked the number and hopefully that will be the end of it.
Recorded message said that the IRS had a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud. Clearly a scam.
Received text: "RE: CARD NUMBER 123456XXXXXXXXXX. Please contact us 24/7 at 858-242-9826." I do not have a bank or credit card beginning with the six digits given in the message (which I've changed for this post).
Called. Left no message. Called it back and got this "The number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and please try again..."
Unsolicited call from an unrecognized Toronto Ontario number to my number in BC - an empty voicemail was left
