I have received a minimum of 3 calls and as many as 5 each day for the week following Christmas starting at 8 am. Today 1/2/2018 after two hang ups, a voice asked for me by my first name in monotone, and then hung up. No idea what they're selling, but I find their marketing ploy terribly amnoying.
