It is for some kind of solicitation but the call was so janky I couldn't hear very good. They make it seem like you are talking to a live person with pauses in to give you time to answer. I hung up on them.
Called this number back and it stated it was a fund raising center
This number called me twice. No message left but when I tried to call it back because it is a local number, there is a message saying this is NOT a working number. I'm saying SPAM!
