I called back and message said "unable to complete call as dialed".
I do not know anyone in New York City so I did not answer it. Feel sure it was a scam.
Called me 140 am. Asking If I sold weed and named me and my whole family. Asked for a name. Gave a fake name Silva. Asked if I wanted to go out in a boat and smoke weed. Said he got my phone number from a town I wasn't in yesterday.
Absolute scammer, scammed my wife out of thousands of dollars.
Fake call. Said I had tax judgements against me an the “cops” were coming! Their grammar was incorrect too. Scammers do not answer!
