Answered phone to recorded message saying it was the IRS and wanting me to return their call to 425-636-1914. Called out of curiosity and it was a foreign accent on the phone claiming to be the IRS. Obviously a scam call.
voicemail was buggy but threatened a lawsuit against me
Left a heavily-accented voice mail on my cellphone saying because of suspicious activity, they will suspend my social security (??) if I don't call them back. Pathetic.
Received automated call telling me there was a security alert on my credit card. (I don't have a credit card.)
Sent a scam text that had no links, no info, nothing. Just "you should read this".
Claims car warranty expiring. Car is 20 years old. Scam
