Threatens the IRS will come to my house and arrest me if I don't call them back to resolve the issue.
Call from the IRS letting me know that my social security number has been suspended and all rights, privileges and honors I have earned over my pious lifetime have been lost. Luckily I was able to pay $179 and have everything restored. I am so happy they were on top of this and protecting people like me!
It seems there is someone piggybacking onto numbers with the same prefix as I have. I don't answer them, and they never leave a message. My husband has had the same problem with his phone and when he calls them back, it's some person that doesn't know what he's talking about and thinks he is trying to cause a problem or something. So frustrating.
